Sports
At Amma Ji Health and Hope Foundation, we recognize the transformative power of sports in shaping young lives. Our Sports Activity Program is a dedicated initiative aimed at nurturing physical fitness, boosting self-confidence, and building strong values such as discipline, teamwork, and leadership among children and youth. Designed especially for students from rural, underserved, and marginalized communities, the program ensures that every child has access to quality sports opportunities and guidance—regardless of their socio-economic background.
Through this program, we organize a wide range of activities including sports coaching camps, fitness sessions, inter-school and intra-school competitions, tournaments, awareness drives, and talent identification events. Our goal is to create a supportive environment where children can explore different sports, enhance their skills, and develop a lifelong appreciation for physical activity.
We collaborate with schools, coaches, sports trainers, volunteers, and community leaders to deliver structured training that focuses not just on the game, but also on character building, mental resilience, and overall well-being. The program also emphasizes inclusivity—encouraging participation from girls, differently-abled children, and those who may lack resources or guidance.
As a Section 8 non-profit foundation, we are committed to driving positive change through sports by promoting health, encouraging discipline, reducing stress, and fostering a sense of unity among youth. By providing platforms such as championships, athletic meets, and awareness events, we help young talents receive recognition and opportunities that can shape their future.
Our Sports Activity Program reflects our belief that every child deserves a chance to play, grow, and thrive—both on and off the field.
